This shelter belongs to the lintel model, formed by a rectangle covered by a thick concrete slab supported by robust square columns that widen at the top, at the junction with the roof. It has a running bench to sit on the perimeter walls and around the pillars. It preserves signs of machinery and pipes for air renewal. Currently the walls are full of graffiti and it has quite a lot of humidity.

On the façade it retains the two access doors at street level that led to the stairs. On one of them you can still guess the remains of the letters REFUGI. Due to the hidden location of this shelter, it was necessary to place a second advertising sign on the corner of Calle Espasa and Plaza de Tetuán.

This privately owned refuge has rarely been accessible and it is difficult to complete its description. At some point (according to oral information) it was used as a rehearsal place for a musical group, at which time the aforementioned graffiti would belong. The entrances are currently closed. It has capacity for 380 people.
