Contemporary Dance and Discussion. Jove Cia. Gerard Collins: “Takadini / Mi rubia” [Aiora]

“Takadini” or the art of sustaining is a piece inspired by this rhythmic teaching system with roots in Indian music that seeks to expand musical learning by orchestrating subdivision.

Choreography: Esther Latorre and Colectivo Glovo.

“Mi Rubia” is a tribute to each of our mothers. They told us stories of the 1950s, when the dance hall was the place where they met their future partners.
