The Naves de Ribes are located on Calle Filipinas next to the Camino Viejo de Malilla (Philippine crossing with Literat Azorín). It is a set of seven buildings, an example of railway architecture, whose land occupies a large area of around 20,000 square meters.

These industrial buildings formed part of the original architectural ensemble of the first facilities of the North Station for the control and repair of railway machinery. They were built between 1911 and 1915. Later they fell into disuse and over time deteriorated.

The urban and railway project Valencia Parc Central includes the rehabilitation in the Ruzafa-Malilla area of the warehouses and workshops of Demetrio Ribes, one of the most important architects of his time, author of the North Station of Valencia, among many other buildings. A comprehensive action will allow them to be allocated to social and cultural activities and to the Popular University.

Naves 1, 2, 3 and 4 have solid exposed brick walls that include moulded ornaments and large windows in the modernist style. The covers rest on metal ribbons. Nave 4 has a sawtooth-shaped roof unusual in the Valencian industrial landscape.

Naves 5, 6 and 7 are made of solid brick walls and pillars with metal ribbons. With closed side facades on the docks short and open in the long.

Listed as a Site of Local Relevance. Data that implies that buildings must be restored, the added elements eliminated, the original ones replaced, renovated and redistributed internally.
