The building is endowed, like almost all of these complexes, with a purely functional typology: small (occupies a plot of 408 m2 of which 240.83 m2 have been built), consists of an open patio, corralines and service sheds, all of them built with fairing stone walls, following the masonry technique, with green tiles that are still in good condition.

The exterior and perimeter walls are made of cast stone interrupted by verdugades of tile. The slaughter ship is also made of stone and tile. For roofing, the use of wood, iron and roof tiles
To the right of the entrance is a house-room made entirely of brick, covered by a simple slope of Arabic tiles and of considerable height, protruding even from the main nave. Next is this main slaughter shed, with a gabled wooden slope and flat tile roof. Currently, the side of the nave facing the distribution courtyard of the enclosure, lacks in its lower part wall or wall that encloses it, being nevertheless its upper part, closed with wooden planks arranged vertically.

To the left of this, there is a small structure with a square floor plan and simple slope also of flat tile, of small dimensions and low height, as a house.

This industrial complex ceased to be a slaughterhouse in July 1962. The city council in full approved on August 13, 1980 its disqualification of "Public Service Good" and it was classified as "Property of Own".

It is currently used as a warehouse for stones and ashlars for the restoration of monuments, remaining always closed.
