Library opened on April 11, 2004. Located in the chalet of Panach that was the summer residence of the Gil Panach family from which it takes its name. Built between 1840 and 1900, it consisted of the summer residence and around it 6,000 m² of garden and orchard. Today the area around the central building has been conditioned for children’s games and a place for walking and recreation.
