Allò que ens atrau del mite de ANTÍGONA és la seua universalitat, el paper que la dona desenvolupa en aquesta tragèdia, el conflicte entre el dret natural humà i les lleis de l’estat, un dilema etern en tota la societat. Allò que ens interessa en essència és abordar els conflictes subjacents en l’obra:
