SPOILER: XAVI CASTILLO
The new monologue by Xavi Castillo, from Pot de Plom teatre, is a great tribute to the world of cinema. In fact, the idea arose by doing other monologues in front of the big screens of the Kinépolis halls. They thought: What if we talk about cinema, about film? The theatre we make has always been steeped in cinema, so “Spoiler” will have everything: childhood memories, great science fiction classics, horror, comedy, great directors, soundtracks, legendary actors and actresses, posters, curiosities… Ladies and gentlemen… The show begins! “SPOILER: a show “palomitero”!”

MOTHER COURAGE
Mother Courage is a shrewd street vendor who, in order to survive, follows the Swedish army with her chariot to take advantage of the war. She makes a profit, but the price she has to pay is her three children. Brecht turned “war into the protagonist of the play, it is the engine that moves all the characters: everyone lives at the expense of its effects and everyone will be swallowed up by war.” It is a deep anti-war plea where Anna Fierling, alias Mother Carate – mythical figure of the cost of war – ends up alone with her shattered bandwagon.

SMALL TRAGEDIES
etites tragedies, with dramaturgy by Pere Fullana, is a free adaptation of the cycle of four pieces by Alexander Pushkin whose action takes place in Western Europe at different times. The plot of three of the works (“The Stone Guest”, “The Greedy Knight”, “Mozart and Salieri”) is based on human passions: love and deception, jealousy, greed and envy, which the author turns into dramatic manifestations.

NIGHTS OF LAUGHTER: MOSQUERA, PINTORESQUE AND GLAMNISS
A new season of “Riures Fora de l’Armari” starts at the Teatre Micalet in the ‘NITS GOLFES AL MICALET’. The pioneering show in Valencian that shows all the creative versatility linked to Valencian artists who work with LGTBIQ+ content. Laughs out of the closet is the name taken by the ‘Stand Out Comedy’ of Riures en Valencià and that has been touring for two years.
